Copy the file in the folder Documents\KONAMI\SMP Evolution Soccer 2010\save.

Install both patches.
Then open the game, GO TO DOWNLOAD AND SELECT UPDATE for the internal download (needed for the patch).
Now you can install the SMPATCH :
Run the setup file to install.
You can start the patch clicking on the desktop icon or running the SM Patch.exe in the Pes 2010 folder
